We are disappointed to announce that we will not be hosting a New Music Theatre Festival in 2019. We had originally hoped to move the festival to the Bayou Playhouse this summer, rebranding the event as the Louisiana New Music Theatre Festival. However, circumstances beyond our control have necessitated a year-long postponement. Sadly, we will also not be able to present the first season of the Lamkin New Play Festival in the fall. This project, a companion festival to the LNMTF, named in honor of the late Gulf South playwright Patricia Lamkin, has now been postponed until the fall of 2020.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
